It was important for this site to have a European "courtyard" feel to it. We were successful in achieving this by creating an intimate sitting area, along with a BBQ area as well as a hot tub.

There is a lot going on in this small space but there is definitely a quiet peaceful feel in this tiny courtyard. We managed to disguise all of the utilities and muffle the noise with a custom water feature.
